Also, when I try to sync the device, it tries to look for the tracker, and says "Connecting to Charge 2," but then it ultimately says "Connection failed." Also, when I try to add a device using Settings, then Devices, and then Bluetooth and other devices, and then select "Add Bluetooth or other device," and then select Bluetooth, the Charge 2 shows up and then I am able to click it, but once I do so, it says "Try connecting your device again." When I select Start, then Settings, then Devices, then Bluetooth & other devices, it says that Bluetooth is on, but in my notifications, it says it is not connected. My problem is that I can't turn it on, and don't know how to turn it on in Windows 10.
How do I sync my Fitbit Charge 2 HR with my computer? I have the Fitbit app, and I'm pretty sure I need Bluetooth installed and turned on.
I have a Lenovo Ideapad 330S laptop computer running Windows 10.
